First Time Guide — For visitors using filament self cafe for the first time

Opening and staffed hours

Unstaffed hours	05:00–10:00

Entry during unstaffed hours requires the LINE Mini App or an email address, plus a credit card. No membership registration is needed.

First-time visitors are welcome during unstaffed hours. Scan the QR code at the entrance with your smartphone and choose the LINE Mini App or your email address (with email, you enter from the link we send you). No membership registration is needed. If you do not have a smartphone, please visit during staffed hours for in-person assistance.
Staffed hours (10:00–19:00): cash, credit cards, transit IC cards and QR payments
Unstaffed hours: credit cards only
During staffed hours, please tell a staff member when leaving. During unstaffed hours, slide the checkout bar on the screen you used to enter (the LINE Mini App or the email link); the door unlocks automatically after payment. Everyone must leave by 23:00.
Handover of some rental items, monthly-plan registration and in-person assistance are available during staffed hours only.
Nespresso, Wi-Fi, power outlets, outside food, the microwave, the printer, chargers, and monitors remain available during unstaffed hours. You do not need to ask before using the microwave.

Choose a Seat

Please sit at any seat you like. All seats have power outlets and high-speed Wi-Fi (WPA3). If you would like a private room, please ask a crew member.

Drinks — Help Yourself

Enjoy unlimited Nespresso coffee (9 varieties) and soft drinks. A microwave is also available. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or light snacks.
