Entry and exit are handled smoothly via the LINE app

Entry and exit at filament are handled entirely through the LINE Mini App. Just open the app and slide — everything from check-in to payment is done.

Check-out

During staffed hours, please tell a staff member when leaving. During unstaffed hours, slide the checkout bar in the LINE Mini App; the door unlocks automatically after payment. Everyone must leave by 23:00.

Private room reservations

You can check private room availability in the same app and reserve — and pay in advance — on the spot.

If you don't use LINE

First-time visitors are welcome during unstaffed hours. Entry requires a smartphone with the LINE Mini App. If you do not use LINE or do not have a smartphone, please visit during staffed hours for in-person assistance.

NESPRESSO × cafe-filament

Choose from nine flavours and brew your drink on NESPRESSO’s high-end coffee machine. We also offer decaf, macchiato, latte, and organic cinnamon powder.

High-speed Wi-Fi

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available at every seat. As a rough benchmark, speeds are around 100 Mbps (iPhone 16, Sunday 2:00 PM, measured with fast.com). WPA3 is supported, and a few seats also offer wired LAN. The password may change, so please ask at reception if needed.

Power outlets at every seat

There are more than 30 outlets throughout the café, so every seat has access to power.

Staffed hours (10:00–19:00): cash, credit cards, transit IC cards and QR payments
Unstaffed hours: credit cards only

* PiTaPa (a transport IC card) is not accepted.

We support qualified invoices (the Japan invoice system).

Spacious seating

Seats are generously spaced, and you are free to choose from sofas, floor chairs, and other seating styles. Use the café for conversation, meetings, short breaks, or quiet focus time. We kindly ask that seats other than private rooms not be reserved before arrival.

Comfortable music

The in-store background music is provided by OTORAKU under JASRAC licence.

Rental items such as charging cables

Chargers and monitors remain available during unstaffed hours. Handover of some rental items is available during staffed hours only.

Bring your own food and drinks

Nespresso, Wi-Fi, power outlets, outside food, the microwave, the printer, chargers, and monitors remain available during unstaffed hours. You do not need to ask before using the microwave.

Printer

A Brother MFC-J6983CDW printer is available. It supports up to A3 size and can handle copying, scanning, and both colour and black-and-white printing. Fees are ¥10 for black-and-white, ¥50 for colour, and scanning is free.

Private rooms available

Private rooms are available for focused work and web meetings. No reservation is needed for regular use. Private-room reservations and monthly-plan enquiries are handled in person during staffed hours or by message.

About the Private Rooms

• SpaceThere are two private rooms (left and right). The round table can also be reserved.
• SoundThe ceiling and walls are treated with sound-absorbing material, so the rooms work well for web meetings and calls.
• DeskEach room has a desk and chair with a desk lamp, a power outlet, and a pegboard.

Private Room Rules

• Each reservation is limited to a maximum of 2 hours.
• Reservations open one week before the date of use.
• Reservations are required. You can book at reception, by LINE message, or through the filament entry/exit app.

Locker

Paid lockers with keys are available for monthly members at ¥1,100 per month. Please ask our staff about current availability.

Monthly membership

For guests who use the café often, we offer monthly plans that fit different lifestyles. Recruitment closes once each plan reaches capacity. Please ask our staff for details.

Food truck

The Hare food truck is available on Thursdays and Saturdays during staffed hours only.

Takeaway coffee

Not only for in-store use — all 36 combinations of 9 flavours and 4 brewing methods (black coffee, latte, cappuccino, macchiato) are available for takeaway, plus tea. Takeaway is only available during staffed hours (10:00–19:00, last order 18:30).

Bicycle parking available

There is a free dedicated bicycle parking area on the right side of the shop, so we welcome visitors arriving by bike as well as on foot.

Visiting with a Stroller

We're on the 1st floor, so you can bring your stroller straight inside — there's a ramp at the entrance. Seats are spaced generously, so you can just keep the stroller close by.
