Our in-house check-in app, which has been running on a trial basis since May, enters full operation on 1 June 2026. Thank you for helping us during the trial.
From entry to payment through LINE
- Check-in and check-out: Record your visits through LINE and see your stay time and fee.
- Entrance door unlocking: After checking in, scan the QR code through the app to unlock the entrance door.
- In-app payment: Review the automatically calculated fee at check-out and choose online payment through the app or payment at the counter.
- Monthly plan time allowances: Time covered by your plan is calculated separately from chargeable drop-in time, with a breakdown shown before payment.
Your membership, bookings and benefits in one place
- Display your membership card and edit the member name used in the app
- View visit history and monthly usage summaries
- View point balances and history, exchange points, and display and use coupons
- View and use prepaid tickets, including remaining balances and usage history
- Check private room availability, book and pay online, change times and cancel reservations
- Read announcements in the app
The app supports Japanese, English, Korean, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
For customers without LINE
The browser version also lets you enter your name, record entry and exit, and see stay time and fees. Please pay our staff when using the browser version.
