From 1 May 2026, we are beginning a trial of our in-house check-in and check-out app. It brings everyday tasks together on your smartphone.
Features available during the initial trial
- Check-in and check-out: Record your entry and exit times through LINE.
- Stay time and fees: See elapsed time during your visit and the calculated fee when you check out.
- Usage history: The LINE version shows previous visits and monthly usage summaries.
- Membership card and prepaid tickets: View membership information, remaining prepaid tickets and their usage status.
- Points and coupons: In the LINE version, view point balances and history, exchange points, and display and use coupons.
- Private room reservations: Check availability, make reservations, change times and cancel bookings through LINE.
An option without LINE
The browser version lets you enter your name, check in and out, and see elapsed time and fees. Usage history and private room reservations are features of the LINE version.
At the start of the trial, payments are handled at the counter. In-app payments and door unlocking are being prepared as future additions.
We will improve the app based on usage and your feedback during the trial. Please ask our staff if you need help.
