Today’s private opening is practical training run by students of a nearby confectionery college, Tokyo Belle Epoque Confectionery & Cooking College.
The title is “Candle” — have a slightly early Christmas. Today you can enjoy a food menu available only for the day, as well as coffee from Belle Epoque’s own coffee machine. It is a different filament from the everyday one.

During the training hours, only those who have purchased food actually prepared and cooked by the students will be able to use the cafe. Customers visiting for the students’ training session may stay until 15:00.
